WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF SENIOR RESIDENT
Note: Periodical Interview were held on 3rd Wednesday & Thursday of every alternate month for last 6 calendar months for the various vacancies in rio Senior Residents (Regular) & Senior Residents against GDMO for one year as per the requirement arising. The vacancy position were uploaded on 2nd Wednesday & Thursday. In case of gazette holiday the schedule of loading vacancy position & conducting of Interview respectively was on next working day by default. Corrigendum regarding this change in schedule was uploaded on website on 15.06.2022. Vacancy position for upcoming interview is as follows:

8 Total 04 posts are reserved for EWS category Le"Anaesthesia-Ol, Medicine-Ol, Blood Bank-Ol and Plastic Surgery-Ol" as per 10% of total number of vacant posts to advertised under EWS category as per DOPTcircularno.NO.360391/2019-Estt(Res) Dated:31.01.2019.
(VACANCY POSITION IN RIO SENIOR RESIDENT AGAINST GDMO ON 1YEAR CONTRACTUAL BASIS)
• 3% of total posts are reserved for person with disabilities (PWD,OL,OA,&ND)
• Total 03 posts are reserved for EWS i.e. "Pediatrics-Of, Eye-01 & Nephrology-01"as per 10% of total number of vacant posts to be advertised EWS category as per DOPT circular no. NO.360391/2019-Estt{Res) Dated :31.01.2019.
Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of Interview {Relaxation for OBC/SC/STjPWD and all others as per central government rule).OBC candidates are required to submit latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt. Performa (not more than one year old) from the date of Interview.
Qualification/Eligibility & Emoluments:
For Senior Residentsin Broad Specialities:
1. MBBS and PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university.
2. Non PG Doctors with two year experience in relevant Medical Specialty can also apply for SR in department of Medicine, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine and Casualty department. However preference will be given to candidates holding postgraduate degree. Candidates having at least one year experience in government medical institute/hospital will be given preference. For Senior Residents in Super Specialities:
3.(a)MBBS and PG Degree or Diploma in concerned super specialty from recognized university.
(b) If candidates possessing PG degree in the concerned super specialty are not available, those possessing PG degree in Medicine will be considered for medical super specialties departments such as gastroenterology, nephrology and cardiology etc. Similarly, candidates possessing PG degree in Surgery will be considered for Surgical super specialties departments such as Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, CTVSOnco-Surgery, etc.
4.Emoluments: As per rules applicable.
5.In case candidate who is selected for Senior Resident (3 year) resigns/terminates his/her contract within 09 months of commencement of the contract with or without prior notice, the amount of Rs. 30000/-deposited as Security Money will be forfeited.
6.In case candidate who is selected for Senior Resident against GDMO (lyear) resigns/terminates his/her contract within 03 months of commencement of the contract with or without prior notice, the amount of Rs. 30,000/- deposited as Security Money will be forfeited.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Final No .of vacancies may vary.
2. Candidates who have completed 3 years Senior Residency from any Govt. Institute need not appear for interview for 3year SRpost.
3. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in interview.
4. The candidate who is in Service for a tenure of more than or equal to 1 year should submit "No Objection Certificate" from the employer at the time of interview.
5. The selected candidate will have to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for an amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) drawn in favor of liES I Saving Fund Account No. 2"payable at New Delhi, towards security deposit.
6. 3% of total 48 posts for SRunder 3 years residency scheme and 3 % of total 36 posts for SR against GDMO for 1 year on contractual basis respectively are reserved for the person with disabilities (PWD- Ol,OA, &ND).
7. 04 post of Senior Resident (Regular) are reserved for EWScategory i.e Anaesthesia-
01, Medicine-Ol, Blood Bank-Ol and Plastic Surgery-Ol and 03 post of Senior Resident against GDMO (1 year) are reserved for EWS category i.e.Pediatrics-Ol, Eye-Ol & Nephrology-01.
8. The candidates, who wish to appear for both Senior Resident (3Years) and Senior
Resident against GDMO (lyear) posts, shall be required to apply separately for each post.
9. In case of non-appearance of eligible candidates for the post of Senior Resident
(Regular)against the advertised category, the vacancy may be filled by available SR candidates for 39 days which may be renewed for another 39 days or till the post is filled in the next regular interview by eligible candidate whichever is earlier.
All eligible and interested candidates may appear for walk-in-interview along with all the testimonials in original and their one self-attested copy as per schedule of "Walk-in interview" on the date & time mentioned against their respective specialty.
Documents reguired:-
1. Age proof
2. MBBSCertificate.
3. Two Photographs (PPSize).
4. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBCcandidates. OBC candidates are required to submit latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt. Proforma, not more than one year old from the date of Interview.
5. PGDegree/Diploma Certificate.
6. DMC Registration Certificate with MD/MS/DNB qualification
7. No Objection Certificate from present employer, if applicable
8. Experience Certificates, if applicable
9. Income and Asset certificate from issuing Authority as per DOPT letter no.36039/1/2019-Estt.(Res) dated 31stJanuary,2019 must be submitted for the reservation for EWSCategory.
Application Fee:-
Demand draft of Rs.300/-. In case of candidate belongs to SC/ST - Rs. 75/- (Non Refundable) drawn in favour of "ESIC Saving Fund Account No.2" payable at New Delhi, PWD and female candidates are exempted from payment of Fee.
