KPSC will conduct recruitment process for about three thousand posts in various government departments next year and is preparing an approximate schedule in this regard. A total of 30 departments have received proposals for the recruitment of various levels of posts. There are about two thousand posts. This number may increase.

ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಸುಮಾರು ಮೂರುಸಾವಿರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಅಂದಾಜು ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. 'ಒಟ್ಟು 30 ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಿಂದ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಂತದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಳು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು ಎರಡೂರು ಸಾವಿರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿವೆ. ಈ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಬಹುದು

. ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ವರ್ಷಾಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕಾದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳ ಅಂದಾಜು ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗೆ ಟೈಮ್‌ ಲೈನ್ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ಯೋಚನೆ ಇದೆ' ಎಂದು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಲತಾಕುಮಾರಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

On the other hand, since KPSC also sets a time line, there is a responsibility to complete the activities like application invitation, examination, result, selection list etc. as per the schedule. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಅನುಸಾರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತರಬೇತಿ, ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಸೇರಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆಡೆ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ಕೂಡ ಟೈಮ್‌ ಲೈನ್ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಆಹ್ವಾನ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ, ಆಯ್ಕೆಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಯಂತೆ ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಗಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯು ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಆಯಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಟೈಮ್ ಲೈನ್‌ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.
