West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti will engage personnel for the position of Community Health Officer (CHO), after successful completion of the CPCH Course, under National Health Mission, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, purely on contractual basis against consequential vacancies.
Eligible candidates should apply online in the prescribed format as given in the departmental website from 11am of 16.06.2022 to Midnight of 30.06.2022 for the mentioned post.

Application forms are liable to be cancelled. Application fees of Rs. 100/- for General categories and Rs. 501 for Reserved categories have to be deposited through online mode only. i) Rs.20, 000.00 per month after posting in SC-SK
ii) In addition the CHOs will also get a maximum incentive of Rs. 5000/ month as Performance Linked Incentives based on approved parameters.
i) Passed BAMS from a recognised Institute/ University.
ii) They must have registration certificate/ provisional certificate from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad (West Bengal Ayurved Council).
ii) The candidate should be a resident of West Bengal and should be able to read, write and speak in Bengali.
i) Competency in MS Office & Internet Not exceeding 40 yrs. (relaxation of age as per Government norms) The candidates will be selected for training through merit list based on academic result and interview Total 100 marks 85% from academic result [15% from Madhyamik or equivalent examination; 20% from (10+2) examination and 50% from BAMS score] and 15% from viva voice.
Total score and aptitude of the candidate will be considered for taking part in the 4 months CPCH Course.
Posting in any SC-SK in any district of West Bengal will be based on merit cum choice counselling against selected Sub centres as per vacancy / requirement only after successful completion of 4 months Certificate Programme on Community Health.
General information for the Applicants/ Candidates
1. Only on-line Applications will be accepted. Applications forms not properly filled in or incomplete application forms are liable to be cancelled. If the online application details submitted by the applicant differ with the original testimonials, that application shall liable to be cancelled.
2. If proper signature and photograph is not uploaded at the time of online application that application shall also liable to be cancelled.
3. The essential criteria mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidate to claim selection. All the essential qualification must be completed on or before the first date of online application.
4. Hard copy/ print copy of the online registration form (printed within the last date of online application), should be retained by all applicants for document verification purpose. Without registration form, no candidates will be entertained for original testimonials verification by the authority. No need to send hard copy / print copy of the online registration form by post.
5. On-line registration no. should be retained by all applicants for future reference. Employer is not liable to give any information regarding the on-line registration no. in future.
6. Claim and/ or change of place of posting from the side of the applicant shall not be entertained before/ after issuance of appointment letter.
7. Marking after rounding offup to 2 decimal points will be considered.
8. i) Start date of Application : From 11 am of 16th June, 2022.
ii) Last date of Registration : Midnight of zo" June, 2022.
iii) Last date of submission of application fees : Midnight of 25th June, 2022.
iv) Last date of full submission of form : Midnight of 30th June, 2022.
9. The online deposition of application fees can be done through net banking or credit/ debit card system through an online interface. If the payment is successful, the candidate will be immediately reverted back to the link for final submission of the application form by using the application id already received at the time of Registration. Please do not deposit fee more than one time.
10. The candidate if found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process will not be called for the subsequent stages of the selection process.
11. The Decision of the Competent Authority regarding the recruitment is final,
